OPPORTUNITY

One of the leading residential management companies in the country was dealing with a number of issues such as theft, vandalism, drug activity, loitering, noise violations, and protection of high-end amenities. Overseeing hundreds of properties throughout the country, they were seeking a security solution that would not only be cost-effective but also more efficient overall.

PROBLEMS AND CONCERNS

Varying CCTV and security systems were already in place at some properties. Collaborating with the client, each site was evaluated and action plans developed. For some sites the task involved modifications or enhancements to existing systems (additional cameras, recording devices, video analytics and audio to name a few). Other sites required full proposals for completely new installations.

SOLUTION

Viewpoint intelligently designed systems to allow for maximum site coverage with a particular emphasis placed upon areas that were designated as “trouble spots.” Door access systems were installed or updated at several sites, complemented by audio and video – this allowed for controlled entry to those complexes. Voicedown technology provided both proactive and reactive solutions to reducing and eliminating undesired behavior.
